I live on the Sunny Coast and thought that I lived in Paradise already BUT Poona Bay, well, it's quiet, friendly - everyone waved to me when I passed by, everyone spoke to me and said hello.
The area is level for easy walking and it seems that the locals love to take a walk or cycle as there are constantly people around doing both.
Then while I was sitting there looking across the water there are the boats returning after a day out fishing - AND I'M WORKING!!
I had to take a break during the day sometime & take in the local atmosphere!! LOL
If you are looking for a change of pace, looking for a quiet, friendly place for a holiday home or maybe a place to settle down more permanently you would be hard pushed to find a more attractive, friendly community than you will find here in Poona Bay.
