Bore No. 1: (New) 51 metre deep. At point of drilling tested at 24,000 gallons per hour under pressure. Services a fully lined pond which is equipped with a 64kw Southern Cross centrifugal pump, VSD drive into 6" Class 9 pvc and 7 hydrants including the 4 span Valley Centre Pivot with 17 metre overhang (19 Ha under pivot).
Bore No. 2: 82 metre deep. equipped with an18 stage turbine pump driven by 64 kw electric motor into 6" class 9 pvc piping with 7 hydrants. This bore was tested at 20,000 gph & currently pump is set at 15000 gph.
Bore No.3: 70* metres deep. Equipped with a 620 mono pump with an output of 10,000* gph equipped with a HATZ 2, 4 cylinder diesel motor 4" pvc underground main & 8 hydrants.
OPERATIONAL IMPROVEMENTS
High-quality improvements are fit-for-purpose and include new machinery/feed sheds, 20 a side swing over operating dairy. (Note excludes all dairy equipment, air operated gates, & readers, feeding system and milking machines, auger, hammermill mixer & 64kva generator with Cummins motor & dairy vat & associated equipment). Steel cattleyards, various grain storage facilities and shedding and efficient paddock design, all assisting in the ease of management of the Portfolio.
