When I think of 55 Manra Way, I think of sitting out on the back entertaining area, overlooking the trees and relaxing, forgetting about the stresses of the day and how hectic life can be at times.
This stunning property is all about lifestyle and living. From the road, it looks like a pretty standard home but once you open those front doors you realise there is nothing standard about it.

Now back to the kitchen, if you can, and what a great sized kitchen it is. Plenty of room for the budding Master Chef. Ample space for a double fridge freezer, with bench space and cupboards galore.
Also on this same level is the Master Suite. A bigger than normal master bedroom with ensuite and WIR. The best thing about the Master Suite, besides the size, is the view. It also looks out onto those trees and parkland. Picture a Sunday morning sleep in, sitting up in bed with a cuppa, a book or the Sunday paper...........

If we then head downstairs you will find 3 extra double sized bedrooms, all with built ins and again plenty of room. Downstairs you also have the main bathroom, laundry and ANOTHER living area. Yes, seriously this property is all about living. The downstairs living area joins onto yet another outdoor entertaining area, again overlooking the parkland with the birds chirping and the serenity.
The downstairs area gives you options. One option is for the family with children who like a little bit of independence but as a parent not too much. They could have their own room but share that downstairs living area, while the parents have their own space upstairs...... and maybe a bit of privacy of their own......
At the moment, the extended family use the downstairs area, it allows for close living but space at the same time.
