After the soil testing has been completed, it's common for a builder to go back to the client and tell them that the price of the home has increased as it was a poorer type of soil, at this stage you've already paid a non-refundable deposit to the builder and it's either pay extra or walk away and lose your deposit, which can be as much as $5,000!!!
CJ Homes also doesn't take a deposit until we are just about ready to start construction (after all soil test, working drawings, colours selected and all plans and approvals have been sought!)

*Do they include all soil types including 'E' + 'P'?
*What happens if they hit rock when building?
*Is everything included? Driveway, fencing, landscaping, letter box, air con, screens, blinds etc. Will there be any further cost?
