What attracted the current owners?
We loved the Queensland Workers Cottage with VJ walls and polished floors. The additional building at the rear of the property gave us flexibility for additional living/entertaining/relaxing space. We enjoyed being within walking distance of Nundah Village which has become a social hub over the last 12 years. The location has been great for transport with bus stop at the front door, two train stations within walking distance and the Domestic/International Airport and Brisbane CBD a 10 minute drive. Toombul Shopping Centre is 3 minutes drive and Westfield Chermside Shopping Centre is just over 5 minutes drive.
