After building the home 11 years ago as our family home we have absolutely loved living here. We may be biased however we feel its one of the best locations in North Lakes. A park is a 30 second walk away where the kids can play or just hang out around the pool. There is even plenty of space for a trampoline without taking up any room from the double gate side access.
The ducted air conditioning is amazing, and amount of living areas means we can all spread out and have our own space. We will be sad to say goodbye but as our children have grown up with have decided to move on to our next adventure.
