Last Listing description (August 2022)

This beautifully presented lowset home would suit a range of buyers. At the moment due to the popular position in North Lakes this home is in, the property is utilised as an investment. Currently tenanted until 17/07/2022 so any investor can purchase with tenants in situ immediately. The current rent is $410 per week to some great long-term tenants however the landlord does have the option for significant yield growth with a current rental appraisal of $460 - $480 per week.

The home has a modern open plan layout where the main living space is at the rear of the house. A separate area for dining and a large living space provides ample room to spread out. The kitchen overlooks both areas', so great if you need to keep an eye on the kids. The kitchen is finished with stone benchtops and space for a double fridge freezer.

There are ceiling fans littered throughout the house and is cooled by two air conditioning split systems located in the main living space and master bedroom. The master is complimented by a walk-in robe and en-suite shower room whilst the two other guest bedrooms have built in robes and share the main bathroom.

The block and house suit one and other, with the house not taking up too much of the footprint of the land. There is still enough room for the kids to kick a ball or have a trampoline. The location is great for local amenities with the main bus route a short walk away and plenty of parks around the neighbourhood to keep the children entertained.

This property will not last long so call Anthony today on 0457 406 810 if you have any questions.

"What the Owners say"

After purchasing the property in 2017 and being built in 2013, we have been very fortunate to have a very low hassle investment property. This home appears to be well loved by the current tenants who have been there for the whole time we have owned it.

A new adventure has become available for us and so we felt it was a great opportunity for someone else to either continue renting the property or move in come the end of the current tenant's lease.
