My owners fell in love with me the first time they saw me, I am over 100 years old, I am very little but I am very cute!
I would have been one of the original workers cottages that housed the workers from the North Ipswich Railway Workshops and whilst I only have 1 bedroom, I was home to many a family over the years.
Several owners have added to my floor plan and my stumps are not the best so my owner has taken into consideration all of the work I require and has priced me to sell.

I am now looking for a new owner to love me and renovate me so that I can be rented out to a new tenant, or I may just be the perfect home for a nice young couple.
