Adjacent to the pool there are several sofas and chairs set up to mingle and chat, while outside the dining room is a large dining table and chairs where you can enjoy a feast and a cold beverage while watching your favourite type of footy on the 75 inch TV (also with Sonos sound system!)

Around the corner from the outdoor dining and tv area is a dedicated BBQ spot with high bench table and 8 seats, and a Zeigler & Brown BBQ with Side Burner. If the kitchen is Mum's domain, this might just be Dad's - close to the footy TV so we definitely think so!

The kitchen is one of the masterpieces of the home, with beautiful splash back tiles, stone bench tops and island bench breakfast bar. It is open to the living and dining room so the chef can put the final touches on delicious meals while still engaging with everyone around them. Quality appliances, ice and water dispensing fridge, integrated dishwasher, and more than enough lovely crockery and glassware to suit the dinner party planner of the family. A few steps down from the kitchen is the formal dining area which is extremely elegant and set up to entertain a party of ten.
