We think a lot of people will miss this listing as their search criteria will not believe a freehold property can be bought at this price.
This is studio apartment, and as you can see from the photos it can sleep 3 easily.
It is rented through the onsite management on holiday rentals, and i need to say that if you are looking for a place to live, please do not enquire, as the body corporate bye-laws do not allow anything other than short term rentals.

It also does not have a kitchen, and because of the size being under 50m2, banks will not lend on it, so you either need to be a cash buyer or have equity in another property for a cross security.
Well, there is the bad new out of the way - the good news is that as mentioned above, there is nothing else available as far as we know under $200,000, so if you are looking for a Noosa bolt hole for weekending, this might fit the bill. The property has recently been upgraded including a new air-conditioner and the bathroom has been renovated, and original artwork by a prominent local artist has been added. A great location, close to the Noosa River, Dan Murphys and Woolies
Financials should be available early next week.
Also there is a massive bank of solar panels - around 120 in all and individual owners do not pay any electricity at all - it all comes out of the body corporate.
The income has been surprisingly good, and in fact I would call this property Covid proof, as the SE Qlders have been frequent visitors.
