Last Listing description (October 2016)

Giant bedrooms, huge yard and designed for a family to enjoy, there's no doubt this approx 41 square home on its 1012m2 almost flat block fulfils it's purpose.
One of the favourite features for current owners Paul and Christie is the volumes of space both inside and outside.
When you swing open both timber entry doors you feel like the home unfolds before you. A wide entry foyer is mirrored by wide hallways and spacious rooms.

'It's been a great house, we are never short of living space and the cupboards seem to never fill up. Often we both work from home and the double sized office accommodates two workstations easily. We don t need to go to the park because the yard is so big that all the neighbours children want to play at our place'.
But finding it wasn't so straightforward.
'Initially we had to be convinced to see this property as it wasn't an area we knew anything about. We had looked at lots of homes, we found that there weren't many large blocks over 1000m2 with established but still modern homes available so when we saw this we knew it was just what we were after' recalls Paul.
As they originally purchased the property the home was perfectly functional but with recent renovations and redecorating Paul and Christie have taken the very best elements of this huge home and enhanced it with modern luxuries.
The property is magnificent with its multiple living rooms, new kitchen complete with butlers pantry, 3kw solar system, landscaped and fenced yard with side gates to store a trailer, breeze way and air conditioning and most importantly huge bedrooms. Plus Paul and Christie took comfort that when they invested in this home they were investing in a neighbourhood surrounded by other impressive homes.
For Christie, the kitchen and living area attaching to the alfresco area is a stand-out feature of the home.
'Here you get the best of the views of the yard, but you can be comfortable that the children are in a protected space. The kitchen, living, dining and outdoor area all open into each other and it is one of the main strengths of the design.nBut it doesn't actually take out top spot.
The most indulgent part of the home is the gigantic master bedroom retreat. The master bedroom, walk in robe and ensuite spans the whole width of the house and offers incredible natural light and front row seats to spectacular sunsets over the Pine River.
When the family do go for a walk, the duck pond at the end of the street is as far as they need to go for some relaxing under the trees.
It is now time for Paul and Christie to move on, but it isn't without a touch of reluctance, as there really is nothing to fault the home or its location.
What else would you want in a property, it has everything. There is no question it is very private and relaxing, away from the busy city, but with plentiful local amenities like Coles, the medical centre, the public swimming pool, John Oxley Park and athletics club, 5 schools (public and private) and day care centers all within 5 mins drive.
