1 What influenced you to buy the property ?
This property appealed as it was a large comfortable and functional family home, it was within walking distance to schools, close to supermarkets, parks and the Ross River walking paths.
2. What advantages are there in living in your home?
The home has many separate areas so every family member can have private time when needed. This includes the pool area, formal and informal lounges, large entertainment areas, top level back slate veranda, front porch, large shed and garden areas plus Parents retreat.
3. When family or friends visit, what do they point out as the benefits of your home?
Every Christmas was at our house with well over 20 family members celebrating the festive season. The entire house is air conditioned which was great for the formal summer Christmas lunch, after lunch the large pool hosted the water polo competition and the entertainment area was set up with table tennis and pool tables. Kids would play cricket in the back yard and Dads would play in the workshop/shed. This home is an entertainers delight with large kitchen, two dining areas and a large tropical outdoor entertainment area.
4. What are the 5 best things about your house
a) This is an environmentally friendly home with double insulated roof with twin vents and wide eaves to keep it cool. On the Western roof and out of sight is 6 kw of solar panels, there is a gas stove, gas oven and gas hot water system. All this keeps the electricity costs down.
b) This home has something for everyone with four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, four toilets, three powered sheds, three car garage as part of the house, two large lounges, two dining areas, a super-sized kitchen and a large pool.
c) The home is within walking distance to quality private and public schools (pre- prep to high school).
d) This comfortable family home is an entertainers delight.
e) The tropical pool area is very functional and relaxing
