Last Listing description (May 2025)

A letter from the current owners,

"Dear Future Homeowners,

As we prepare for our next chapter and are ready to pass the keys its next lucky owners, we can honestly say our hearts are full. This isn't just a house-it's been the backdrop to some of the most cherished moments of our lives and we will miss our home dearly.

What first drew us here was the incredible sense of space and privacy. Perched on a generous corner block, directly opposite a peaceful park, we were immediately taken by the uninterrupted views and the quiet serenity of having no neighbours right on top of us. Waking each morning to the sun pouring in through the windows, birdsong drifting in from the park, and the gentle hum of nature-those are moments we will certainly miss.

The outdoor area quickly became our haven. The pool has been a blessing on hot summer days, whether swimming laps or just splashing about with the kids. We've spent countless evenings under the alfresco, watching the sky change colours, entertaining family and friends, or simply enjoying the stillness with a glass of wine in hand. It's been a place where laughter echoed and memories blossomed.

Over the years, we've lovingly improved many corners of the home to make it not only beautiful, but truly functional. From the elegant rock wall and blooming gardens to the updated bathrooms and kitchen, we've poured our hearts into creating spaces that are both practical and peaceful. We also added a spacious parking area, ideal for a large boat, caravan, or even that shed you've always wanted. The fully fenced yard with new Colorbond fencing ensures complete privacy, especially around the pool-a sanctuary for peaceful moments or lively gatherings.

One of the things we've treasured most is the balance this home offers. There's plenty of room for the kids to play and explore, space for all the "boys' toys," and a private retreat by the pool for quiet escapes. It's rare to find a home that caters so well to every member of the family.

We've built strong friendships with our neighbours. They are great people who look out for one another, who lend a hand when it's needed, but also respect your privacy. It's a close-knit street with a warm community vibe that's often hard to come by.

This home has seen our children grow, laughter ring through its walls, and quiet moments of reflection by the pool or in the morning sun. We often joke that if we could, we'd pick it up and take it with us. Truthfully, there's nothing about this place we don't love-right down to the nearly non-existent power bills thanks to the 11kW solar system and dual split system air conditioning that's kept us comfortable year-round.

As we say goodbye, we hope this home brings you as much joy as it has brought us. May it be a place where your dreams unfold, your family grows, and your heart feels full - just like it did for us.

With love and warm wishes,
The Current Owners"
