Dear Prospective Buyer,

When we first found this home, it felt perfect for our retirement. My husband had always wanted a proper workshop for his projects, and I dreamed of a larger garden to grow fruit, vegetables, and enjoy a more self-sufficient lifestyle. This property offered all of that and more. The quiet cul-de-sac location gave us a wonderful sense of privacy and safety, while still being close to everything we needed. The home also had plenty of space for visiting family, and the pool quickly became a favourite for everyone-especially the grandchildren.

The large veggie garden down the back has been one of my greatest joys. Over time, it's grown into a productive space full of seasonal vegetables and a variety of fruit trees that bear fruit all year round. There is something incredibly rewarding about stepping outside and picking fresh produce straight from your own backyard.

Inside, the newly renovated kitchen is my favourite room-it brought fresh energy into the home and made cooking an absolute pleasure. We replaced all the carpet with wood flooring, installed ducted air conditioning, new fans, solar panels, water tanks, new fencing, and made other thoughtful improvements to ensure comfort and efficiency. My husband especially appreciated the large powered workshop at the rear of the house, which has been perfect for his projects and hobbies.

One of the loveliest things about this home is how comfortable it feels in all seasons. The house stays naturally cool in summer, and the covered outdoor patio allows you to sit outside all year round. We've enjoyed countless mornings and evenings out there, relaxing in the fresh air.

There are many hidden benefits too. A few doors down is an easement that provides an easy walking path to Mudgeeraba Creek School-convenient and safe for families. Being at the end of a cul-de-sac means children can play safely in the street, and the elevated position captures beautiful breezes that flow through the home. The two separate living areas have been wonderful when family visits, giving everyone their own space while still staying connected.

Over the years, this home has given us so many meaningful memories-grandchildren spending hours in the pool, family gatherings in the outdoor patio, homegrown meals from the garden, and the simple joy of living in a peaceful, breezy, welcoming environment. If I could take anything with me, it would be the new kitchen, simply because it has been such a source of joy in everyday life.

I truly hope this home brings you the same happiness, comfort, and sense of belonging that it has brought to us. It has been a wonderful place to live, to grow, and to enjoy our family.
