A letter from the current owners

This home has been part of our family for decades. Originally purchased as an investment property by my grandmother, it always carried a sense of history and belonging. When we returned from overseas, we needed a place to call home. As my grandmother's estate was finalised, my parents offered us the opportunity to purchase this property. It felt like such a natural continuation of family ties-what was once an investment became the heart of our everyday life.
The spaces we've loved most are without doubt the terrace and the outdoor BBQ areas. From casual weeknight dinners to big gatherings with friends, these areas have always drawn people together. We wanted to make them truly special, so we gutted the house, created a new galley-style kitchen, and built a covered terrace and BBQ space. There's a rustic charm to these spots that made every occasion feel warm and inviting.

There's something truly magical about this home during sunrise and sunset. The way the light changes across the property gives it such a calming, almost timeless feeling. If I could take one thing with me, it would be the memories. Memories of family dinners, celebrations, quiet mornings, and evenings spent with neighbours who became lifelong friends. This home has given us so much joy, and it's time now for the next chapter-for someone else to come in, add their own touch, and create memories just as we did.
