Over the years, we've come to appreciate just how many spaces bring joy here. The lounge room offers sweeping views over the mountains, while the main bedroom feels like a haven, with its outlook over the pool and beyond. But most of all, our family has spent countless hours outdoors. Whether it's gathering under the pergola, firing up the BBQ, or lounging by the pool, the entertaining areas truly are the heart of this home.

We've lovingly upgraded just about everything to make it both beautiful and practical. From a renovated kitchen and bathrooms to brand-new air conditioning, solar hot water, timber flooring, and modern LED lighting, the home is immaculate and completely move-in ready. Outdoors, the glass pool fencing, fire pit area, artificial turf, new pergola roofing, and fresh landscaping have all made it feel like our own private resort.

Some of our fondest memories have been created right here-watching our granddaughters play in the backyard and learn to swim in the pool, celebrating family milestones, and simply enjoying peaceful evenings under the stars. In summer, morning swims and poolside dinners made every day feel like a holiday. In winter, sitting by the fire pit watching the sun melt into the horizon was nothing short of magic.

What you may not notice straight away is just how peaceful and private this property is. The backyard feels tucked away, shielded from neighbours, so you can truly relax and unwind in your own sanctuary.

If we could take one thing with us, it would be the memories we've created here, the amazing outdoor entertaining area and the incredible views. This home has been the backdrop of so many special moments but now it's time for another family to write their own chapter here.
