It's unbelievable to find 3,123 acres (1,264 ha) with so many precious and unspoilt ecosystems in such a great location. The mind starts ticking over with the endless opportunities that owning such a large block opens up to you. Mother Nature has excelled on this block. Incredibly diversified, this block has it all; fantastic views from 354m above sea level, 1.7km of fresh water along one boundary, 12 seasonal creeks; the ones coming off the mountains have pools of water trapped between huge rocks weathered over thousands of years, thick sub-tropical rainforest areas with huge trees fostering staghorns, boulders covered in baby staghorns, dams and natural billabongs. I am sure there are many beautiful areas as yet undiscovered. Only 22km off the Bruce Highway, you have to drive past this property to get to Agnes Water, a major tourist destination; perhaps this property could be next on the list of must do attractions. Obviously there are large areas of open countryside throughout the block so you could put in a 4wd/quad/motorbike park without damaging the special areas. Bushwalkers would love it, as would horse riders. Heaps of drivable tracks throughout make it easy to show you around. Bitumen road frontage, power and phone are available at the front boundary and the school bus can be caught close by. The block is also only 26km from Baffle Creek which is a beautiful area offering pristine estuary systems with great fishing and crabbing and quiet beaches free of crocodiles and box jellyfish.
