I think the bonus is the lovely creek which flows through the property. Sub-tropical rainforest along the creek banks, the creek has permanent waterholes and there is a picnic hut overlooking the creek.

Fishing and boating on tidal Baffle Creek are approx. 20 mins away. Rules Beach would be about 1/2 hour.

Baffle Creek has a general store with fuel, hardware & fishing supplies, bar, bottle shop & takeaway whilst Rosedale has a general store with fuel, hotel and a pre-school to grade 12 state school. Children can catch the school bus at the end of the road. Rates are approx. $950.00 per year and rubbish bin collection is available if desired. Mail is delivered 5 days a week.
