Just a short walk away are many local cafes, Yeronga State School, Yeronga Park and Pool, Toohey Forest, and the City bus and train. A very sought after location!!
So very spacious! The apartment offers large open plan living and dining areas leading out to the private front balcony - a great place to enjoy a morning cuppa or to entertain friends. The generous master bedroom (with ensuite and large walk in robe) also opens to this wonderful space, so light and such great breezes. The well appointed kitchen offers stone benchtops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of storage. Well positioned for everyday living and entertaining, you will love working in this space. The second built-in bedroom is also generous and an internal laundry makes life easy. Parking is allocated under the building for residents with direct secure entry to this boutique complex of just 7 apartments.
Don't delay as this property will be popular!!
HERE'S WHAT THE OWNER SAYS...
My favourite feature of the apartment is the practical layout, with so many ways it can be configured as well as the large proportions of both bedrooms - they feel like house sized bedrooms. My friends always comment on how much more space my kitchen has than theirs and the storage space in the walk-in robe and laundry make it easy for me to stay organised. I start every weekend with a coffee out on the patio to enjoy the leafy surrounds.
The Moorooka area provides so much in convenience with easy access to local shops and cafs and with Billy Kart Kitchen just being at the end of the street, it's the go to when family are visiting. I find it easy to get in some after work exercise thanks to being so close to Toohey Forest and a great way for me to disconnect from work is through a short hike up to Pegg's lookout, with the sprawling vista over Salisbury and beyond.
