Last Listing description (June 2025)

Tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac and enjoying close proximity to the expanse of Toohey Forest, this expansive family home offers the perfect blend of space, versatility, and lifestyle. Designed to grow with you, the flexible floorplan effortlessly accommodates large or extended families, while its elevated, north-facing position captures sweeping views from both front and rear.

Upstairs, you'll find four generous bedrooms serviced by the main bathroom, the private master retreat complete with walk-in robe, ensuite, and features exclusive access to the massive rear deck-a perfect vantage point to soak in the stunning natural outlook. The upper level is the true heart of the home, where an expansive multi-zoned living hub flows seamlessly into a family-sized kitchen and out to the entertainer's deck, ideal for gatherings or quiet sunset dinners.

A bonus family room, running the full width of the home and accessed via a separate entrance, presents endless possibilities: use it as a home office, guest lounge, or even a client-facing business space.

Downstairs, internal stairs lead to a spacious rumpus room, internal laundry, a third bathroom and two versatile utility rooms-currently serving as the 5th and 6th bedrooms, featuring natural light, great ventilation, close to legal height and split system air conditioning.

Set on a generous 771m² allotment, the home is completed by a sparkling in-ground pool, carport, and ample off-street parking. Zoned ducted air conditioning upstairs ensures year-round comfort, and with nature on your doorstep and room for everyone, this is a forever home in a truly special setting.

From the Owners:-

After 22 years we are extremely sad to say goodbye to our beloved family home. Raising a large family in this home has been a breeze. With so many living spaces to choose from and our fantastic backyard, we have all been able to spread out and never be under each other's feet. Downstairs has been transformed into a teenage retreat with a tv lounge area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. This was the best solution for our aging family, our kids loved it!

We've used our backyard area for so many different purposes over the years. The obvious is the pool and deck for entertaining, but also the grass area for swings, trampoline and backyard cricket.

Living in this extremely quiet cul de sac, bordering Toohey Forest, we have always enjoyed the bush walks and of course the local coffee shops- all just steps away!

One of the biggest advantages of living here has been the easy access to public transport. This location also offers quick access to the Pacific Motorway and the city. Whether you're heading into the city for work or down the coast for leisure, the convenience is hard to beat.
