Soils range from red brown loams to heavier grey black clays of Brigalow Belah origin.

A further 500 ac has been recently pulled, raked and cleaned on the eastern side of the property. There is a further 500 ac of melon hole brigalow regrowth that can be cleaned up.

Half the south side is iron post with three barbs and two plains; the balance and other sides are post and 6' high netting, all in stockproof condition. Internal fencing is secure with some needing attention.

Yards- Brand new oval rail steel, with curved race, full vet crush and very good loading race. Holding yards with workplace cover.
