Set on what has become the premier street address of Montville, Len, a gentleman compounding pharmacist from Brisbane, purchased in 1974 what was a prime farming plot.

He then elected to stay over in the cow bales as his busy city schedule allowed him. In 1989 he moved a home from Brisbane to the land and only then could he fully savour the peace, tranquillity and privacy the land and its location provides.
