It's a bittersweet moment as I write this letter. After many happy years at 49/12 Landau Court, Miami, it's time for me to move on to a new chapter-and I hope someone special will find the same joy here that as I have.

This villa has been a peaceful retreat in a surprisingly quiet pocket of Miami, just moments from everything the Gold Coast has to offer. Whether it's a quick trip to the shops, brunch with friends at one of Miami's famous cafes or a sunset walk on the beach-it's all within easy reach.

This home is perfect for someone just starting out, or anyone looking to downsize without giving up comfort or lifestyle. Our little community is filled with a vibrant mix of people-young couples, small families, and downsizers-all enjoying the best of coastal living.

Inside, you'll find a welcoming open-plan living and dining area, creating a bright and breezy space to relax or entertain. The kitchen and bathroom have been renovated plus a new toilet along with 10 solar panels added recently.

Being just 200 metres from the nearest bus stop, and a short walk to Dan Murphy's, the golf course, and a fantastic range of cafes and shops, this location really does tick all the boxes. And with a low body corporate, it's easy and affordable to maintain.
