We do love this home, but initially we were drawn to how accessible this location is to everything! It is literally so convenient to everything including the local shops and train station The Robina Town Center is only 7 minutes away! Merrimac is a suburb on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. At the 2006 Census, Merrimac had a population of 5,690. The community takes its name from two possible sources: the Merrimack River in the New England region of the United States, or the USS Merrimac, a Union navy frigate itself named for the river. Located centrally behind Broadbeach and North from Robina and South of Carrara you will find this quiet suburban pocket has a lot to off er right on its doorstep. Just a short drive to the East for the sand, surf, cafes and cosmopolitan lifestyle that Broadbeach offers. Within a few minutes in the same direction two International golf courses Lakelands and Palm Meadows.
