Last Listing description (November 2016)

Eat, Prey, Love.
It is commonly said that the heart of the home is the kitchen. The hub of laughter, tears, passion, drama and family argument but always with love and food, Lots of food! This Merrimac home is blessed with a kitchen of uncompromising quality and attention to detail. Designed with the cook in mind the expansive island beckons the family and friends to gather. Here is created a space at the centre where all are welcome and all are equal. From this meeting place leads the sunken lounge, dining room and the outdoor family room with outdoor kitchen, all of which flow off the deck, over the lawn and into the embracing garden.
Away from the kitchen a hall services the four double bedrooms, the Master with ensuite and walk-in robe, each with reverse cycle air condi-tioning, ceiling fans and built in robes. A stepped spa in the bathroom completes the luxury in this welcoming wing.

With a park across the road, shops, restaurants and the best private and public schools just minutes away there is easy access to the M1 and Surfers via Gooding Drive. This resort landscaped home invites you in to take your place at the heart shaped island at the centre of this family home. Peer into the future and see love laid down over the years, laying down memories like sedimentary stone, building the foundation rock of your family's future.
SELLERS INSIGHTS:
The main living area is amazing for family gatherings We have this room and everyone compliments us on the beautiful Timber Bi-folds doors that open out to the outdoor entertaining area
I will really miss the beautiful afternoon summer breezes that we enjoy when the Timber Bi-folds doors are open. I will also miss all the cupboard space in the kitchen
We do love this home, but initially we were drawn to how accessible this location is to everything! It is literally so convenient to everything including the local shops and train station The Robina Town Center is only 7 minutes away! The new owners will really cherish both the home and the location
