The master bedroom has king bed, ensuite, and TV. Second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom can be fitted with either a king or 2 singles to suit your preference. The second bathroom also has separate toilet. The downstairs bedroom comprises a set of bunks with an additional queen bed. The property is completed with a large separate laundry with washing machine and dryer and two car garage with remote entry. There is ample parking next door for additional visitors the property being immediately adjacent to the Mermaid Beach surf club car park.
