Construction is vinyl cladding over timber chamferboard with a steel (colourbond style) roof.

A massive bonus is that the interior walls and ceilings (outside of the wet areas) appear to be all gyprock (plasterboard). One only needs to look directly across the road to see what can be achieved with this style of home. For investors the home is perfectly rentable as it is, with maybe a change of carpet advisable.
