Location
On the largest block ( 1075 sq m ) in a quite cul de sac very close to the beach. Direct access from the back garden to the National Park. Views of the Marcus High Dunes, can never be built out. Plenty of room for extensions and a pool, five minutes to Peregian, 10 mins to Noosa.

Upstairs: Main bedroom, walk in robe and en suite bathroom. Kitchen (gas stove) and massive living area with lots storage space and display shelving. Large verandah's front and back, part open and part covered or with shade sail. The back verandah provides a great spot for a BBQ, plants or herbs etc.
Downstairs: Laundry/bathroom and toilet. Kitchenette together with large family room and an area which can serve as two/three bedrooms or a bedroom and office area. Plenty of storage cupboards and shelving. There is a large car port and large back covered verandah.
Ventilation and Heating
Extensive use of integral and external louvres ensures a through breeze which ever way the wind is blowing. The louvres and security bars mean that there is no need for curtains or blinds upstairs, ensuring through breezes at night, although there are fans throughout if required. Additionally, there is ducted reverse cycle air conditioning upstairs and two separate reverse cycle air conditioning units downstairs. There is an open fireplace with a copper hood upstairs in the main living area.
Garden
The rear of the house is fenced to provide a large enclosed area for pets. The area is essentially native wallum with some additional rainforest vegetation. The many trees provide extensive shade for the house. Only a few pot plants and the frog ponds ever need watering. The garden is self mulching and also provides enough logs for the fire. No grass to cut except for the council nature strip. There is a lime tree and a lemon just starting to produce.
Other Items
There is a large shed with power points and lighting and a large heavy duty built-in work bench. The house is wired upstairs and down for two phone lines, with ADSL on one of them. The power supply is three phase, giving efficient appliance operation. The circuit box is located conveniently inside the house. There is a TV antenna with a signal booster.
