Linville is a historic village within the Somerset Region with a bus service to Ipswich , Kilcoy and Caboolture. Great little country Primary School and close to the rail trail for bush walking etc. If your looking for a Country Retreat look no further than Linville. This cottage does need a lick of paint but the bones are good, the lounge opens to a covered balcony, large kitchen ,you have to supply it, that could easily accommodate a dining table. But look at the price, the owners are serious sellers and have decided not to renovate further but to leave it up to the next person to reap the benefits of a refurbished home.
