I am in a quiet street in Lawnton, and am lucky enough to have a great park straight across the road, swings and everything. Great if you have a family, or just like a nice quiet spot. If you take the time to look at me you will find that I am a good solid home. I have three big bedrooms and pleased to say that my ceilings are lovely and high. I ooze roominess!.....
Yes, I know the kitchen and bathroom are the originals, but both are in pretty good condition, and unless you plan to do them up, they will do the job. The laundry is big enough to combine with a sewing room or play room as well...yep, I am versatile!
I have a couple of outdoor areas that you can use your imagination with and enjoy. You could relax out the front with a coffee and watch the world go by....

My present owner has to move and is sad to do so...what can I say but she has looked after me well. I have been updated with security screens, she stopped any termite threat with the big $$ treatment and did some updates on the roof...there are guarantees on those. Walls and ceilings have been painted and I feel quite freshened up. I have some nice natives in the gardens and plenty of room out the back for someone who is green fingered.
Look at my floor plan and imagine how your things would fit! Then, come along and see for yourself. The feeling you get when you walk through my door is one of calm and overall good feeling. I may not be modern, but I am steady and reliable.
People want to be happy in their new home. Some places you look at will have some things you want and some things you will want to change, that is human nature. You may look at me and think, 'I prefer tiles on the floor' or 'not fussed on the patio' or 'the yard is too big'. Its all in the preferences as there is no perfect home. Some will be close to the schools, others closer to the shops and transport.
