There is a living room section, a new kitchen, one bedroom, and a new bathroom and another designated laundry room. Furnishings are refreshed and make a nod to the art deco style. The split system A/C makes sure this old girl is cool on those hot days. Although it is hardly ever needed with the numerous louvers and windows that are security screened. BYO linen or can be supplied for a small fee, No stove but an electric frying pan, microwave and 2 induction hotplates with all appropriate cookware provided. You can BYO BBQ or use the community electric BBQ in the park just across the road.
Looking straight across the road to beautiful Kurrimine Beach and boat ramp makes this an ideal spot! The Owner lives in the Unit next door and shared tandem parking under cover for one vehicle. The Council overflow car park is next to the property and is ideal for off street parking for the boat.
She is a restoration work in progress so the tariff has been kept very affordable and will be rented on a 'leave as you find it' basis. (Or a cleaning tariff will be arranged at $40/hr).
Tariff is for a couple: $160 for 2 nights, $500 for 1st wk..
