A large covered and paved walkway which doubles as a patio joins the rumpus and a large two bay carport. The carport can be easily converted into a granny flat or retreat, or can be used for entertaining or vehicles! There are also garden views from every window in the home. An access driveway to the back yard leads to a large double-bay lock-up garage. There is also a chook pen, five good-sized aviaries on raised slabs with full-length pergola running across the front of aviaries, 2 lawn lockers, one with raised slab. Behind the house there are paths leading to a lagoon with 2 creeks, with 2 garden bridges giving access to cross the creeks. There is a small jetty leading to a Japanese pagoda-like structure set over the water. The lagoon is currently stocked with native fish such as Rainbows which eat any mosquito larvae, Barcoo Grunter, Jewfish, etc and has been stocked with Barramundi in the past which were cooked and eaten at 1m. There are also lovely waterlilies in several colours.
