Some things you need to know about living on Karra:
- Birds and Ducks have right of way.
- Speed limit is 40kph which is too fast.
- Crime is almost non-existent.
- There are no shops or any form of commerce. However, there are always fresh free-range eggs and homemade honey available.
- We have a small dump we call the Mitre 11 because anything left there finds a new home.
- Of the approximately 160 humans living here, most of us are retired.
WHY AM I SELLING? I HAVE BOUGHT ANOTHER HOUSE ON KARRAGARRA. No way would I ever leave this safe, peaceful, amazing place.
HOUSE-125 TREASURE ISLAND AVENUE
- Low set home designed for wheelchair access, which means everything is much bigger than normal.

- NO LAWN TO MOW! The gravel areas let you know if someone is approaching. The garden is 95% natives with beautiful boab (bottle) trees. I call them my girls as there are three single bottle and a double bottle tree (twins). This house brought me many moments of joy and I have every confidence the new owner will find living on Karragarra a unique and rewarding experience.
