This is home!! Welcome
When writing this article I decided it was best for me to grab the keys and go to the house. I opened the door and just walked around for a moment to get a real feel for what it was that I was writing about. Whilst I was here I spotted something special or should I say felt something special. Sure I'm going to talk about all the features but first I want to talk about the vision.
When I look at this home I see huge family get togethers, BBQ's overlooking the river, weddings in the garden, kids rushing in the back door to get to the kitchen after a massive game of back yard cricket. I see a busy mum rushing kids out the front door for Saturday sporting commitments. I see a busy Dad creating miracles in the massive shed full of projects indicative of a busy family life. This is a family home , a place where life unfolds , a place of warmth and safety and a place to be proud of.
If I haven't inspired you to come and have a look at your potential new home; perhaps this will..
I want to share with you a letter that the current owner wrote for me about her house. I think that this is much better than any fancy sales blurb that I could ever put together.

What can we say about our beautiful home . We loved it the minute we walked in 16 years ago and love it even more today. The memories of our children loving this land and fishing off the bank of the Bremer catching mostly catfish and turtles and letting them go again. Now our 10 grandchildren run through the paddocks and over the bridges . Bridges that rod built for our son's wedding all those years ago. The hardest thing is to let this house go as I said we still loved it so much but life moves on and now we find ourselves to just ourselves and the house is not being used to its full potential. We would love to see a family like our fall in love with this house as we did and raise a family and grandchildren as we did with lots of laughter and love. Our Christmas's here have always been so spectacular with fairy lights wound through the palm trees making everything feel so magical. We planted every plant that is here and that invites all the wildlife as well. The birds the possums all feel welcome here and they are. In the earlier years I used to have my own mini farm with chooks, geese, turkeys, goats and a pig. Lots of fun with the pig I can tell you. We tried to make this house a real summer house that requires little to cool it and winter with the split air con and fire place it's equally warm. Funny we replaced the hot water system the first week we moved in and have just replaced it now as we are getting ready to go. We will miss this house it was the home we dreamt of and thought we would never own. But life changes and our children are all gone now so time for us to be together and move on to other things and let some other family have the joy of raising a family in the tranquillity this house brings. Good bye my home I will always miss you.
