An ultra-efficient induction cooktop, glass splash backs and 40mm caesarstone benches are to be found in the kitchen, where you'll find plenty of cupboard space including both a double door pantry and pull out pantry unit, which makes all those tins and packets so much easier to find!

Built-in robes feature in all of the bedrooms, the exception being the master bedroom which has a good sized walk-in robe instead and yes, as you might expect there's an en-suite bathroom as well.
Moving outside, you'll find plenty of private entertainment space, where everyone can kick back and relax under that huge, insulated roof area which keeps you noticeably cooler and then of course there's that sparkling in-ground salt pool for the kids to enjoy on those hot summer days, which interestingly is also heated, so they can swim for longer while you watch them from the adjacent powered Bali Hut.
If you're going to have solar, you may as well have a large solar power system and they don't generally come much bigger than this, with enough solar panels to support not just one, but two 5 kW Inverters which I am told delivers up to 10kW.
And then there are the sheds and don't forget that this is in addition to the double lockup with internal access to the house. Side access gives access to the two sheds positioned at the rear of the property, the first being a 6m x 9m with power.
The second is the 21m x 9m shed that I mentioned at the start. It's powered as well, in this case with 3 phase and the vehicle hoist is set to stay, so if you have a few toys that you want to play with, well it doesn't really get much better than this. I'm told that the air-lines and compressor may also be included in the sale and there's even a spray booth in there as well that could be included.
