The Gold Coast " Our Living City "Planning Scheme identifies approximately half of this site for infill development.

The site is approximately ten minutes by car from the Ormeau railway station and Pimpama junction shopping centre and slightly further from the Coomera railway station and Westfields Coomera shopping precinct.
