The majority of the country is of brigalow belah origin with areas of box and iron bark . A vegeetation map (PMAV Cat X) is in place. Natural grasses are Qld blue and buffel on the red belah country, mostly to the north end of the property. Extensive clearing, of unwanted timber has continued, but leaving selected clumps of belah and box timber areas.

While there is no cultivation at present some 1200ac was previously farmed, now grass and some 450ac was blade plowed in 2013 and remains ready for further cultivation, the soil being in top order.
It is considered that a further 2000ac could be farmed with minimal clearing, raking and burning. Considerable effort has been put in in recent months to this effect.

Water supply is very secure on the property.
One large dam >100,000yds is equipped with a mill and back up electric pump, lifting water to a 100,000l tank on the highest hill, near the house, and then gravity supplied to numerous troughs across the property. This water supplies the yards and house also.
In addition there are five smaller dams ( 3000-10,000yds) to compliment this supply
Fencing is very good across the property. The eastern boundary fence of post and 4 barbs is only 4 years old. The balance of fences are a mixture of hinge joint, with plain and barb wire with steel post all in good order.
Cattle yards are steel all round with undercover work area with CIA Immobiliser Vet crush, calf cradle and loading ramp. Water is available in the yards.
Other structures:-
Steel frame machinery shed/workshop 40,x20, enclosed on three sides with power connected.
Timber framed farm shed 30,x20, with power.
5 stand shearing shed, unused for a number of years but in good condition, with steel yards,covered jetting race and loading ramp. Ther are also shearers quarters, sound but unused for some time.
