8/69 Coonan St, Indooroopilly is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Unit with 1 parking spaces and was built in 2003. The property has a land size of 126m2 and floor size of 83m2. While the property is not currently for sale or for rent, it was last sold in August 2020.
Ordinarily I would say the best thing about this unit was its convenient location. After all it is mere minutes walk to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, Indooroopilly train station and just metres to the bus stop like only 20 metres! And that is just for starters. You wouldn't bother using the car to get to a whole range of shops, restaurants and services. Everything is just soooo close!
But to tell the truth, the even better thing about this unit is the unit itself. A very logical layout with both bedrooms to the rear, extremely spacious living, dining and alfresco spaces (seriously, that is a super large couch in those pictures and it fits very comfortably), a modern kitchen and more storage than you would ordinarily expect in a 2 bed unit.
