Last Listing description (September 2026)

Dear Future Owner,

When we first walked into this home, we instantly felt something special. It wasn't just another townhouse-it had a warmth and character that made it feel welcoming from the moment we arrived. We could immediately picture ourselves building a life here, and that's exactly what we've done.

This has been our very first family home, and it's where some of our most treasured memories have been made. We welcomed both of our children while living here, and every room holds a story that we'll carry with us forever.

The space we've loved most is undoubtedly the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Surrounded by established trees and overlooking open parkland that will remain untouched, it feels peaceful, private and connected to nature. There's something incredibly calming about looking out over greenery instead of neighbouring buildings, and because our home sits at the very end of this boutique complex, we only have neighbours on one side, giving us an extra sense of privacy that's difficult to find.

Over the years we've completely transformed the home with a full renovation, creating spaces that are both beautiful and practical. The kitchen has been designed with a timeless, contemporary style, featuring modern cabinetry, quality finishes and neutral tones that complement any dcor. The adjoining laundry has also been fully renovated with the same clean, sophisticated design, making everyday living so much easier.

The bathroom has been beautifully updated to create a fresh, modern retreat, again finished in soft neutral colours that will never go out of style. Combined with new lighting throughout, stylish ceiling fans and a full internal repaint, the entire home feels bright, fresh and ready for its next family to simply move in and enjoy.

There are also so many clever storage solutions that visitors don't always notice straight away. The mezzanine level in the garage has been invaluable as additional storage and has even served as a quiet retreat when we've needed a little extra space. There's also easy attic access via a pull-down ladder, along with generous roof storage-features that have made family life so much more organised.

On warm summer afternoons we've loved taking a swim in the complex pool, while the peaceful surroundings make it easy to forget you're only minutes from everything you need. Great schools, shopping centres, public transport and local parks are all close by, making everyday life incredibly convenient.

One of the things we've appreciated most is the boutique nature of the complex. With only nine residences, it has always felt quiet, friendly and well cared for. It's the kind of place where you feel at home from the day you move in.

Leaving isn't easy. This home has given us so much, but with our family continuing to grow, it's time for us to chase our next dream and move to the country where we'll have a little more room to run around.

We truly hope the next owners feel the same warmth we did when we first walked through the door. We hope this home becomes the backdrop to your own milestones, celebrations and everyday moments that become lifelong memories.

Warm regards,
The Owners
