Development at Greenvale Training Area will include an Urban Operations Live-fire facility, camp accommodation and supporting infrastructure, enabling infrastructure such as roads, fencing, firebreaks, entry points and storage.

In addition, Gold Road and Superior Resources are mining for gold and rare earth minerals in the area.
