Upstairs is even larger with a spacious living zone, 2 huge bedrooms and a sizable study, and outdoor relaxation areas front and back.
Each level can be accessed separately and locked off from the other. The house is quite versatile and is great for a large family or ideal for an extended family. You could rent out one level and either live in the other or use it as a weekender.
