COS is now recognised as an innovative design and manufacturing business based in Townsville, capital of North Queensland, Australia and hold patents in Australia, New Zealand, Europe, USA and Internationally covering the designs and technology. The owners/designers of COS have established a State of the Art oil analysis laboratory featuring 200 x magnification microscope, an ICP spectrometer to monitor wear levels and chemical analysis of the oil, viscometer, titration and other equipment to monitor oil and machine condition and to provide advanced warning and failure forecasting of operating machines. A fully equipped engineering and manufacturing workshop occupies part of the 1400sm site in Townsville which is offered with the whole of business operations, and allows COS to manufacture to exact customer requirements in-house at the highest quality.
