Located in the popular area of Deepwater being close to a choice of 2 beautiful beaches and 3 boat ramps on tidal creeks, unfortunately, it was hard to get nice photos as a recent fire has been through these 40 acres (16 ha) - already Mother Nature is recovering so it won't present like this for long.
Looking on the good side of things, any vegetation killed in the fire can be removed and it is certainly a lot easier to see the lay of the land once a block has been burnt.
Having been used by the owners as a block to come and camp for 30 years, a track takes you into a garden shed (needing a bit of attention) set well off the road. Ranging between 25m and 30m (approx) above sea level, one boundary is fenced.

10 minutes or less will put you on tidal Deepwater Creek or our lovely Baffle Creek. You also have Wreck Rock Beach in the Deepwater National Park or Rules Beach, both about 10-15 mins away. Photos of some of these areas have been included.
If you were to build, power & phone is available along the front boundary and mail can be delivered 5 days a week. Rubbish bin collection is available and both primary & high school children can catch the school bus out front. Rates are approximately $950 per year.
