Ranging between 7m and 26m above sea level, the block is fully fenced and divided into 3 paddocks. It is an easy block to show as you can drive around tracks and boundaries.
The nearest boat ramp on tidal Deepwater Creek is approx. 5 mins away and Wreck Rock Beach in the Deepwater National Park is about 15 min drive. Rules Beach would be about 20 mins. If you have a 4WD, you can access Agnes Water through the Deepwater National Park - it's a lovely drive.
If you decided to build, rubbish bin collection is available and mail can be delivered 5 days a week. Rates are approx. $1,444 per year if paid on time and children can catch the school bus to either primary or high school.
Facilities at Baffle Creek include a general store with fuel, hardware & fishing supplies, takeaway, bar & bottle shop.
