At one end of the cabin, a secure lockable workshop can be accessed via a roller door or a personal access door. Additional storage is available in the large garden shed. For those returning from a day on the water, there's a large stainless steel bench for cleaning your catch and a convenient outdoor shower area.

Included in the sale are six 430 watt Trina solar panels, yet to be installed onto aluminium rails which have been mounted on the rooftop. Mains power was previously connected from the power pole via underground wiring to the meter box. This could easily be reconnected if desired. There is also a 2000 watt petrol generator included. The meter box has a three way switch to facilitate switching between the generator/inverter and mains power.

If you own a 4WD, you can access Agnes Water through the Deepwater National Park which is a lovely drive and takes you past beautiful Wreck Rock Beach.

Regardless of whether you are coming north from Bundaberg or south from Gladstone, you have only 1km gravel road to get to the block. Mail is delivered 5 days a week and children can catch the bus for both primary and high school. Coles will deliver groceries to your door and rates are approx. $1,300 per year.
