Since buying the land in 2013 and building the house nearly 8 years ago (2014), the home has been used as both our home and as an investment property. We were conscious selecting the right location and feel it is one of the best in Dakabin.
Woolworths is just down the road and access to the Train Station is not far either. We felt it was the right time for our next adventure and thought it was a great opportunity for someone else to enjoy the home.
