As you walk through, there is a beautiful open plan living area where you would no doubt spend most of your time. The kitchen is contemporary and overlooks the dining and living areas, meaning it would be easy to keep your eye on the kids whilst your making dinner. There are two split air conditioning units in the house, services the large living area and master bedroom and ceiling fans in every bedroom. The master suite is complimented by a great size walk in robe and en-suite, whilst the other bedrooms both have built in robes.
Outside, the garden wraps around the home and is easy to maintain but also private adding some seclusion to the property. The alfresco area out the back of the home would be an ideal place to relax after a long day at work with a beer or a glass of wine. This property is very special and will not last long, contact Anthony on 0457 406 810 today to arrange an inspection.
What the Owner says
Since building the property in 2013, I have thoroughly enjoyed living here. Being close to the highway and all the amenities that have recently opened in North Lakes has made living here extremely convenient and it is only improving. Unfortunately, due to my work being located so far away, I am having to move to be closer.
The home was customised to be offer lots of living space, which is what I use majority of the time. As well as the double garage, there is also visitor parking spaces opposite the home, so it means guests don t have to park on the road. I wish the next owners as many happy memories here as I have had!
