Copies of photos ID (drivers license, passport, medicare card)
Proof of income (6 weeks payslips, centrelink income statement)
NRAS Letter
Current Rental history information (name of your current agent, email address and phone number)
Previous rental history information (name of your previous agent, email address and phone number)

Each applicant over the age of 18 planning to reside in the property needs to have their NRAS confirmation letter with their NRAS ID Number details attached to the Mangrove Housing application.
