Some notes from the current occupant:
From the apartment's glass doors, I've been treated to breathtaking orange and pink sunsets overlooking Coorparoo Hills and Hamilton Hill. Mornings have become a joy with the balcony bathed in sunlight, perfect for savoring a cup of coffee before the day?s chaos. Surprisingly, despite being just a street away from the main road, it's a been tranquil, and I?ll often sit watching the sunsets while listening to the local birds. Rainy nights have a special charm here, as I find solace in watching the raindrops on the glass windows while I unwind in front of the TV, and on clear nights, watching the full moon over the hills and sometimes peaking my head around the corner to see the fireworks from the Story Bridge. The buildings unique character, including hallways with artworks and musical themes, have added an unexpected excitement to my daily routine, transforming the mundane routines to work with a sense of appreciation and inspiration.
