When I drove up to this property for the first time I was expecting the usual 3 bedroom home, but when I stepped inside I was suitably impressed. This house is a total surprise package! From the sliding glass doors at the front, to the timber folding doors at the back and through to the deck, everything has been totally modernised. This really is an impressive package. The island bench in the kitchen conceals a dishwasher, which is a must for the entertainer and the new floor coverings are as good looking as they are functional leading right the way through the house. The bedrooms all have air-conditioning and just when I thought there was nothing else to see I walked into the bathroom. You'll have to see it for yourself as the photos just don't do it justice.
The home sits high on a 1416m2 block that leads down to a creek. The house block is fully fenced for ease of maintenance. Downstairs you are only limited by your imagination. It offers lock up accommodation for two cars and still has plenty of room for a workshop or maybe a games room.
I'm so glad I stopped in for a look and you will be too.
