Not far from Brisbane city or the airport and my personal favourite "it's on the North side of Brisbane".

Bedrooms, well we've got 4 of those. Kitchen, yes we've got 1 of those too and offers the expected modern conveniences with dishwasher, gas cooktop, electric wall oven etc. Bring your own microwave, there is a spot for it.

All the appliances, range and dual sinks are Stainless.

This one does have multiple living areas and a couple of great separate rooms for your dining table. You'll need to view our floor plan to appreciate that. An image of a floor plan is often a better way to see what's going on.
Being well thought out and functional was part of the original design.

Best of all, the kids can find their own downtime space without you wishing you were on a cruise somewhere else far away.
(Mum and dad want separate relaxation time but the kids got there first ? Well there's another completely separate room for that as well).

Keeping the family comfortable is catered for with ducted aircon and ceiling fans throughout.
We've even got windows and doors if you need that something special. No need for instructions they're pretty straight forward.

This is a great looking home. Tiled roof, rendered brick, modern design and appearance. This is not a starter home, (could be if you've recently come into some money) but for most, it's likely the 2nd or 3rd in our ever changing lifestyle as things move on.

Someone in the family got an electric car? You've got a double garage to put it in and the home has solar so taking the edge of the electric bill is under control, selling any daytime surplus back to your provider.

I highly recommend taking a look at the satellite view in Google maps. You get an appreciation for the area and it's ample parklands and places to walk the pooch, or the kids if you can rip them off the game consoles. ( buy them a bike, tell em you traded it for the Xbox, they may not forgive you but they'll get used to it. Or they'll move out when they're older,,, more room for you).
